When you create a Virtual Office Website (VOW) account, we collect your full name, email address, and phone number. Your phone number is verified via SMS using the Twilio Verify service. We also record your agreement to VOW terms and the date of that agreement.

Open House Reminders

If you sign up for an open house reminder, we collect your email address or phone number so we can notify you about the event.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 collects information such as page views, Core Web Vitals performance metrics, and interaction events (for example, viewing a listing detail, sharing a listing, applying search filters, or requesting a showing). GA4 uses first-party cookies only. We do not enable Google Signals or any advertising features.

Listing View Counter

We track the number of views each listing receives per day for social proof display. This counter does not collect or store any personally identifiable information.

Property listing data displayed on this site is sourced from multiple listing services under broker reciprocity and enriched with publicly available data from federal, state, and local government sources. None of the property data shown on this site is derived from your personal information.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with the following service providers solely to operate our site:

• Twilio — for SMS phone verification during registration
• Google Analytics — for anonymized site usage analytics
