The area is known for its classic mid-century ranch and bungalow-style homes, sometimes called "Bomber Homes" as many were constructed during the post-war period. You'll find these houses dotted along tree-lined streets, with modest front yards that often boast well-kept lawns and tidy gardens.

Walking through Gault Village, you're greeted by mature trees and quiet streets. The homes are typically set on typical residential-sized lots but feel spacious thanks to thoughtful landscaping and efficient layouts. Many properties have detached garages, while some newer additions feature attached garages. Gault Village has some cul-de-sacs that offer a bit of additional privacy.
